PVC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL, TECHNICAL AND EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12, preferably with Sales & Marketing qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Sales and Marketing field, with proven experience in the construction, mining, or aviation industry
• Strong technical  understanding of industrial and mechanical products
• Competent on IT systems MS Excel (advanced), Word, and CRM based software systems
• Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Ability to formulate sales and marketing strategies 
• Expert in client relationship development
• Competent in pricing and budgeting
• Excellent customer service, negotiation and organisational skills
• Strong administration and planning skills
• Experience in industrial doors, loading bay equipment or related technical products would be an advantage
• Understanding of how to manage opportunity pipelines and hit-rates and how to sell holistic solutions
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to handle pressure

JOB SCOPE:

• Actively searching for new business and sales for PVC strip curtains and impact doors
• Actively promoting and selling PVC and impact doors to new and existing clients
• Implement sales strategies for  growth within South Africa
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Maintain a professional and organised working environment
• Accurate administration relating to all aspects of Sales adhering to company processes and timelines
• Accurate reporting on Sales; forecast updates; pipeline; customer visits; activity reports
• Implement and maintain procedures so as to ensure costs are driven down
• Achieving of budget
• Growth target of 10%
