Horizontally moving folding doors are intended for premises with limited space around the door opening. They minimise the roof space required inside the building. The entire opening process is visible, making passages safer. There are few moving parts, which contributes to high reliability.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is one of the oldest and most comonly used plastics, No other plastic offers so many different qualities and possibilities, it is very economical and can be recycled many times over. No other plastic has been studied so intensively to guarantee its safety.
Granulates of PVC compound are obtained by blending PVC resin, plasticizers and specific additives to combine flexibility, stability and other required qualities. Granules are extruded and formed into strips and sheets.
Protects personnel from sparks, splashes and welding flash. Formulated from a blue/bronze PVC that removes 99.9% UV in welding applications to ensure optical safety to people not directly involved in operation. Excellent two-way vision through the near transparent strips allows for maximum visibility needed for safety and supervisory reasons.
Available in various widths and thicknesses (200 x 2mm, 300 x 3mm and 400 x4mm).
The strips are mounted to specially designed mounting brackets.
